Why Exhibit?

The highly successful Christmas Shopping Fayre at Westpoint, Exeter has been running since 1996. It’s popularity has grown each Christmas, and the Fayre attracts an army of thousands of visitors each year, making it the biggest event of its type in the whole of the South West.

With so many visitors relying on the Fayre to solve their Christmas shopping the word has quickly spread amongst traders up and down the country that it’s an event not to miss. This enables us to take our pick of reputable companies with totally diverse ranges.

Exhibition Stand Specifications

Our stand sizes start at 3m x 2m and go up to 12m x 3m or 8m x 6m.

We’ve selected a few photos here from past Shopping Fayres at Westpoint showing how exhibitors have used some of the different sizes of stands. For corner sites (open on 2 sides) – please add £50.00 +VAT.

Exhibitors Order Form

Please complete the form with your company contact details, products/services that you will be displaying and your stand requirements. A deposit will be required to secure your place.

Only products/services described here are permitted to be sold on your stand unless you have agreement and written permisson from the organisers

Stand Requirements

LIGHTING: One 5ft florescent at a cost of £45 + vat

POWER: Twin 13amp sockets at a cost £52 + vat

TRESTLE TABLES: 6ft X 2ft 6ins at a cost £8 + vat

I/We agree to pay the total cost of the stand as order above. The balance of the total cost will be invoiced on or after the 1st September and all payments including vat must be received by the 24th October.

In no circumstances will an exhibitor be allowed to participate in the exhibition if an invoice or part thereof is outstanding. Please see the Exhibition Terms & Conditions HERE including the provisions relating to cancellations.

Number of exhibitor passes required for staff

Please do not include passes for family and friends. We will supply you with tickets for them!

Number of car passes required

I will be sleeping on site at Westpoint in a caravan or Camper

Westpoint will collect £10 per night from you. Facillites onsite include 24hrs shower block, toilet and electric hook up
