How to Visit

Westpoint is just one mile from junction 30 of the M5, providing direct access from London, Birmingham, Bristol and Plymouth. For Westpoint, exit the M5 at junction 30 and follow the A3052 Sidmouth road for one mile. Westpoint is on your left hand side. For satellite navigation please use EX5 1DJ or Oil Mill Lane (this road is opposite the main entrance).

Cash

Entrance will be cash only. Most of the exhibitors do accept card payments, we will have exhibitors that are cash only. Please plan ahead. The venue at Westpoint  DO NOT have a cash machines .

Travelling times

Travelling times by road: London 3.5 hours, Birmingham 2 hours, Bristol 1.25 hours, Plymouth 40 mins.

Public Transport

By Bus: national coach and bus services call at Exeter Bus Station in the centre of Exeter. The bus station is 6 miles from Westpoint.

The number 9/9A bus from the Exeter Bus Station on Paris Street runs approx every 30 minutes during the day (except Sundays). The journey time is around 20 minutes. Westpoint is a request stop. For more information please visit www.stagecoachbus.com.

Parking

Westpoint has ample free parking for thousands of cars, all within easy walking distance from the show. Disabled parking is located as close to the halls as practical. Most of the parking is on hard standing. Traffic stewards will direct you to parking that is appropriate to your needs.

Catering

Inside – the Westpoint Restaurant is located at the far end of the main hall, providing hot and cold meals, light snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
Outside – A range of catering facilities are also available close to the main front entrance into the hall offering a good choice of hot and cold refreshments.

Disabled Access

Disabled parking is available on site. Please display your disabled parking badge. Westpoint is on the level, therefore easily accessible for wheelchairs. Mobility scooters are permitted. There are four disabled toilets on site, two near the front foyer and two at the rear, near the restaurant. Every effort is made to ensure that the Christmas Shopping Fayre is accessible to everyone. Photography

Both photography and video will be being taken of the Christmas Shopping Fayre for future promotional purposes.

Vaping is not permitted in the show. We request that if you wish to vape, you do so outside the building, via the main entrance.
